Jeremiah 6:10  To whom shall I speak and testify, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can’t listen. Behold, Yahweh’s word has become a reproach to them. They have no delight in it.

Commentary

The verses from Psalm’s indicate a ‘high degree of gratification’ for the Torah.  The verse in Jeremiah suggest that people have turned their ears away from YHWH’s Torah and that they do not delight in his righteous ways.
